Among her contributions to the El Dorado community, Dot was on the board of the Salvation Army where she worked in the soup kitchen and was also was past president of the El Dorado Service League and Women’s Aglow Christian Organization.
Dot will be remembered as a very loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a modest and proper southern lady who could also teach her kids and grandkids how to bait a hook with a worm or a cricket. Dot added special warmth, fun and inclusion to the many parties and family occasions she hosted. And her sweet potato casserole was divine. A woman of style, peace and beauty, she influenced and impacted so many people and her presence will be felt for years to come through those she touched.

Clark as well as her parents, Robert E. and Bessie Mae Buck, brothers Raymond, Horace (Annie Lee), Clifton (Mary Catherine), and Robert (Betty) Buck, and sister Virginia Hendricks (Irvin, Oak Ridge Nursing Home), along with brother-in-law Buck (Susie), and sister-in-law, Nancy Turner.
Surviving Dot are her three daughters, Judy Clark Saulsbury; Janet Clark Hopper and her husband, Johnny; and Terry Clark with whom she made her home in her final years. She is also survived by grandchildren, Angela Byrd Kern, her husband Paul and their sons Clark and Cole; Carey Marcus Byrd and his wife Christy; Jessica Saulsbury Parkinson, her husband Bill and their children, Witt, Caroline and Thomas; Patrick David Antoon, Jr.; and Carey Clark Antoon, his wife Erin and their daughter Barrett. She also leaves numerous nieces and nephews who dearly loved and admired their Aunt Dot.
Dot’s grace, her faith and her love of family will be greatly missed.
