She was born on September 26, 1933 to Joseph and Barnie Ree Conn Phillips in Oak Grove, LA. Flora was co-owner of Howard's Furniture.
Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Leon Howard; sister, Janette Hale; and son, Robert Joseph Bradley.
Survivors include her daughter, Cavalle Baker (Kenneth); three sons, Howard Bradley (Pam), Bryan Bradley (Alisia), Lynn Bradley (Christi); step-son, Charles Howard; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 9:00-11:00 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2024 in Young's Chapel.
