Gloria and I were good friends in high school. I picked her up for school one morning and drove to the end of her street, turned left and went up a hill. There was a tree at the top of the hill and I hit it causing a lot of damage to the car. I had to take a taxi to school everyday while mine was at Cook's Body Shop for repairs. That is what I remember about hanging out with Gloria. She was a sweet, demure young lady with a good sense of humor. I remember her laugh.
