Mr. Vines was one of my first bosses as the owner of Baskin Robbins in El Dorado. I have fond memories of that time as a teenager in the late 70s. I worked there with my future husband. One of my memories, I nervously asked Mr. Vines for, and received, my first pay raise. Thinking of the family and wishing you comfort.
