Helen Bridges Hogan, 89, of El Dorado, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2012, at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. She was born July 29, 1923, to Jake Granson and Jessie Frances Coke Bridges in Union County, AR.
Helen loved gardening and her cats. She was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Willie Mae Quinby and Mary Wilson.
Survivors include her one daughter, Brenda Hogan of El Dorado; four sons, Frankie Hogan, Raymond Hogan both of El Dorado, Randy Hogan of Conway, AR, Michael Hogan of Arkadelphia, AR; sister, Corine Watson of El Dorado; half-brother, Thomas Labeff; nephew, Leon Labeff of Norphlet; five grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Young’s.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 12, at Young’s Chapel with Lonnie Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Rehobeth Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
Family will be gathering at 1100 West Faulkner.
