Hermie was born on September 2, 1944 in Los Angeles, CA.; the son of Hermis Edwin McAllister and Mary Helene Thompson Mc Allister. Hermie retired from Lion Oil Refinery. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors are his spouse Jimmy Wayne Rice; a brother James McAllister (Sandra) of Gonzales, LA; nephew Jason McAllister (Amanda) of Baton Rouge, LA; niece Tamara Gros (Oudrey) of Addis, LA and several great nieces and a great nephew.
Cremation services provided by Youngs Funeral Directors. There will be a private family memorial services at a later date.
