He was born April 9, 2005, in El Dorado. Jack was a third grade student at Northwest Elementary School.
Preceding him in death is his grandmother, Adelia Chambers Yossett.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Kristie Dison Stevenson; sister, Laurie Gilmore; grandfather, Sam Dison all of El Dorado; great grandmother, Christine Dison of Farmerville, LA; two uncles, Wes Dison of El Dorado, Louie Langley of Greenbrier, AR; aunt, Karen Rapp of Callahan, FL; and numerous cousins.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Monday, February 3, 2014, at Young’s.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p .m. Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at College Avenue Church of Christ under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors with Kent Jobe, Sterling Claypoole and Jason Yarbrough officiating.
