James was born on February 10, 1961 in El Dorado, AR.; the son of James P. and Gloria Johnson Lipsey. In his youth Pete enjoyed hunting and fishing. He had a long work history starting out slicing onions for his Dad's famous 'Lipsey Burger' and retiring from Amercable. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Gina L. Lipsey.
Survivors are a brother John B. Johnson (Kalene) of Hot Springs; cousin, Vanessa L. Smith of El Dorado and his favorite irritating cousin Kim Anderson. Along with a host of other cousins and his best friend Rodney Spencer and all the friends from the Machen Deer Club.
Graveside services will be at 2 pm, Sunday, May 29, 2022 at Arlington Memorial Park with Rev. Luther Harris officiating with Young's Funeral Directors.
