James Wayne Sanders

Wayne was born July 20, 1946 in Chicago, IL to James Henry Sanders and Clara Louise Osterberg Sanders. He worked as an auto body painter for Milam Construction. He was of the Baptist faith.

Preceding him in death are his parents.

Survivors include two sons, Jim Sanders and wife Shannon of Parkers Chapel & Preston Webb and fiancée Ashlee Dodson of Lawson; three daughters, Theresa Shojai and husband Fariborz of Houston, TX, Julie Osgood and husband Dustin of Strong and Dawn Sanders of Strong and four grandchildren, Tyler & Luke Sanders of Parkers Chapel, Shaadee Shojai of Houston, TX and Laken Osgood of Strong.

Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 2, 2011 at First Baptist Church Parkers Chapel with Bro. Larry Hudson and Bro. David Preston officiating. Burial will follow at Old Parkers Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
