Born October 21, 1949 in Monroe, LA, he was the son of Fulton Samuel and Neomia Tarter Lum. Mr. Lum was a retired mechanic from Cooper Tire in El Dorado. He had attended Murmil Heights Baptist Church.
Preceding him in death along with his parents was his wife, Jeanette Lum and a sister, Judy Oliver.
Survivors include a daughter, Terrah Marlar (Chris)of Rosston and a son, Jimmy Brandon Lum (Tracy) of Owasso, OK. Also surviving are two brothers, Fulton Lum, Jr. of Huttig and Jerry Lum of Cabot along with three sisters, Karen Graves (Karl) of Huttig , Sandra Johnstone of Huttig and Janice Dupree (Carter) of Farmerville, LA. There are eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren surviving.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation services entrusted to Young's Funeral Directors.
