Juanice R. Girard

Juanice R. Girard, 97, of El Dorado passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017 at Hudson Memorial Nursing Home. She was born on October 3, 1919 in Delight, Arkansas to the late Homer Pinson and Amanda Ellen Folsom Reynolds.

She is survived by a son, Pat Girard (Melanie) of North Little Rock, a daughter, Judith Girard Alderman (Glynn) of Bossier City, Louisiana, a sister, Jacqueline Liles of Littleton, Colorado, and a brother, Bill K. Reynolds of Austin, Texas. Surviving grandchildren are Susan Warren, Keith Girard (Kristin), Amy Taylor (Jonathan), and Angela Milligan (Reggie) along with 11 great-grandchildren.

She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church of El Dorado.

A visitation will be held at 10:00AM Monday, March 20 at Young’s Chapel with services to follow at 11:00AM with Rev. Bill Odom and Rev. Bob Parks officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
