Judy Spears

Born October 18, 1944 in El Dorado, the daughter of James Franklin and Adell Halbrook Bird. Mrs. Spears retired from Arkansas Oil & Gas Commission as an accounting technician. She was a member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death along with her parents were her husband Charles Martin Spears and sister Patricia Dianne (Bird) Raymond.

Survivors include a daughter, Laurie Womack (Joe), and a sister, Jimmie (Bird) Hodges (Wade), her sister-in-law Veda Harris, brothers-in-law Michael Raymond and Bo Spears and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Spears enjoyed her life with her husband, Charlie and daughter Laurie, going on many camping and fishing outings. She enjoyed raising puppies and seeing them adopted to new families as they grew. She enjoyed listening and going to country music concerts as well as taking pictures on her trips.

A memorial service will be held in Young's Chapel, Friday, March 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Sye Duke officiating. Interment will follow in Bethel Primitive Baptist Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
