He was born April 26, 1951, to Kelly and Ida Sandifer Garner in Junction City, AR. Julius was a retired truck driver for the City of El Dorado.
Preceding him in death are his parents; and three sisters, Marcell Smith, Vernell Taunton and Dorothy Garner.
Survivors include his wife, Gene Garner; sister, Idell Waller; cousin, Juanita Bryant all of Junction City; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Young’s Funeral Directors.
