Born October 22, 1975 in El Dorado the daughter of Tony and Susan Dobson Bailey. Ginny was a shift manager of Poppy’s Pizza and member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her father, Tony Bailey, uncle, Mike Bailey, sister-in-law, Darlene Atkins and an aunt and uncle, Johnnie and Nancy Bailey.
Survivors include her husband, Tim Atkins, two daughters, Breanna McKnight and Aleeah Atkins, a son, Tre Dawson and her mother Susan Bailey all of El Dorado. Also surviving are a sister, Alicia Williams (Allen) of Norphlet, a brother, Chris Bailey (Shanna Harper) of El Dorado along with a brother-in-law, Mike Atkins of El Dorado, an aunt, Kay Bailey of San Antonio, Texas and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at Young’s.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Young’s Chapel with T. Raines officiating. Interment will follow in Old Parkers Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
