Margie Ruth Benna

She was retired from the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission where she worked as a secretary. Margie was a member of the East Main Baptist Church and was a member of the Eastern Star.

Preceding her in death are her parents; and sister, Martha Powell.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Herbert Benna of El Dorado; two sons, Michael Allen (Mila) of Lufkin, TX, David Allen (Donna) of El Dorado; a daughter, Renee Danks (John) of Austin, TX; nine grandchildren, Robin, Zeppelin, Anna, Catherine, Amanda, Amy, John, Jordan, and Emily; two sisters, Merle McAlexander (Roy), Alice McBride; sister-in-law, Rosa Chitwood, eight great grandchildren and three on the way.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors with Rev. Ben Wasson officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:00-1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
