Martha Nell Faulkner

Born in Star City, AR on October 17, 1950 she was the daughter of Jesse H. and Addie Sanders Jackson. She was a homemaker and a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church.

Preceding her in death along with her parents were her husband, Barry “Hoppy” Faulkner, a sister, Jessie L. Jackson, brothers, John O. Jackson and Paul Allen Jackson along with her mother-in-law, Bernice Faulkner.

Survivors include two daughters, Janie Shipman (Jason) and Rebecca Frisby all of El Dorado, six sisters, Annette Phillips, Dr. Dorothy McGarity (Carroll), Evelyn Stewart (Tommy) all of El Dorado, Christene Womack (Johnny) of Vancouver, WA, Ginger Seale (Dr. Jim) of El Dorado and Ruby Lockey (Dale) of Cotton Valley, LA. Surviving grandchildren are Kaylee Frisby, Blake Frisby, Lauren Shipman and Nicholas Shipman all of El Dorado, along with her brother-in-law Steven Faulkner (Juanita) and father-in-law, W. A. Faulkner all of Haynesville, LA.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at our Savior Lutheran Church with Pastor Chuck Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

Visitation will be at Young’s Monday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
