Mary Elene Watt

She was born April 9, 1926 in Bute, MS to Albert Thomas Williams and Flora Mae Marshall Williams. Before retiring she worked as a binder for El Dorado printing. Elene was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church where she served many years as church librarian.

Preceding her in death are her parents, two sisters, Myrtle Simmons & Dollye Spears and two brothers, Alfred & Clyde Williams.

Survivors include her daughters, Kathy Jackson & her husband Buddy of El Dorado and Marilyn McElroy & her husband Cliff of El Dorado; grandchildren, John McElroy & wife Jody of Pace, FL, Amber Jackson of El Dorado, Clayton Jackson of El Dorado, Tiffany Graven & husband Mike of El Dorado and Brittany Kirkpatrick of Elon, N. Carolina; great-grandchildren, , Mitchell, Maguire, Molly-Jane, and Max McElroy all of Pace, FL and Braydon & Caitlyn Graven of El Dorado and Jackson Kirkpatrick of Elon, N. Carolina and a special friend and caregiver, Connie Rogers.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 20, 2012 at Burns Ebenezer Cemetery with Rev. Pat Daugherty officiating and under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
