Michele Honea Foster, 61, of Ft. Smith passed away Friday, June 19, 2026 at her residence. Born December 26, 1964 in El Dorado, she was the daughter of Bill and Maggie Frances Honea who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Foster had been a Senior Vice-President for OK Foods, Inc. in Ft. Smith. She had previously been employed at Conagra, Pilgrim's Pride and Foster Farms spanning a career of nearly 40 years in the poultry industry. She also had been a member of First United Methodist Church and Service League in El Dorado.
Survivors include her husband, John Foster of Ft. Smith and sons, Ryan Foster (Hailey) of Van Buren and Bradley Foster of Ft. Smith. Also surviving is a grandson, Benjamin Foster, a brother, Mike Honea (Lisa) and their daughter, Caroline of Little Rock, AR.
Visitation will be held Saturday, June 27, 2026 in Young's Chapel beginning at 1:00 p.m. until funeral services at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Jason Yarbrough will be officiating with interment to follow in Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
