Mildred Faye Hollingsworth

Mildred Faye Hollingsworth, age 100, of North Richland Hills, TX passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. Mildred was a resident of El Dorado for almost 70 years prior to moving to North Richland Hills, TX in 2010 to be near family. Mildred was born on October 5, 1921 in Waldo, AR; the daughter of Luther and Ellen Starritt Cox. Mildred retired from Prescolite in 1983. She was a member of West Side Baptist Church. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Guy Hollingsworth, and seven brothers and sisters. Survivors are a son, Gerald Hollingsworth (Barbara) of North Richland Hills, TX; a daughter Anne Barrett of Denver, CO. Along with five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends an hour prior (1 pm) to a memorial service at 2 pm, Saturday, August 20, 2022 in the Chapel of Young's Funeral Directors with Rev. David Voss officiating. Inurnment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park.
