Ouida Faye Nordmeyer

Born September 17, 1941 in Gladewater, Texas she was the daughter of Elmer Elgin and Ouida Oliver Hogg. Mrs. Nordmeyer was a Licensed Practical Nurse and a member of the United Pentecostal Church of Norphlet.

Preceding her in death along with her parents were a sister, Marilyn Jane Hogg and a brother, Thomas William Hogg.

Survivors are her husband of 55 years, Billy Ray Nordmeyer, a daughter, Tonya Nordmeyer Hope of Longview, Texas; a sister, Elizabeth Ann Hogg of El Dorado, three brothers, Elmer Eugene Hogg (Flora) of Longview, Texas, Murrel Elgin Hogg (Shirley) of Bossier City, LA and Larry Wayne Hogg (Cheryl) of Mabelvale, AR along with one grandson, William Seth Rutland Hope of Breckenridge, Texas, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 13, at Young's Funeral Directors.

A graveside service will follow the visitation at the pavilion at Smackover Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors with Rev. Nathan Dupree and Rev. Ronald Evans officiating.

The family requests that face mask be worn at the funeral home and at the cemetery at all times.
