Patsy Reames Chandler

Patsy Reames Chandler, age 88, of El Dorado, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Courtyard Health and Rehabilitation. Patsy was born on September 30, 1933 in Mount Holly, AR; the daughter of Fred and Bertie Forrest Reames. Patsy was a member of First Baptist Church. She served as a 'Gray Lady' with the Red Cross. Patsy was with the El Dorado School District for 30 years, many of them as the secretary at Barton Junior High School. Patsy served as Civinette President where she worked with her former husband and best friend the late Herman Chandler. She enjoyed reading, cooking and caring for her family and friends. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Joanne Barnette, Marguerite Jackson, Shirley Tilley and a brother Fred Reames Jr. Survivors are a son Dwayne Reames Chandler (Karla) of Lake Shastina, CA; a daughter Lou Ann Chandler Bradham of El Dorado; a sister Carol Morrison of Little Rock. Along with her beloved granddaughters Bridgett Stone (Travis) and Brittany Livingston (Aaron) and the joy and delight of her life her great grandchildren Isabella, Chandler, Logan, Tennyson and Annabelle Lou. A memorial service will be at 1 pm, Sunday, July 31, 2022 in the Chapel of Young's Funeral Directors with Dr. David W. Bush officiating. The family will be at the Livingston residence, 415 Maple Hill Dr. and 521 Hilton El Dorado.
