He was a 1979 graduate of Smackover High School, where he was class president, and played tennis and football. Ricky was an artist and musical song writer, who enjoyed fishing, hunting, painting, and hunting arrow heads. He was a retired electrician and a member of Wings of Love Church.
Ricky was preceded in death by his father, Freddie Allen Lewis, Sr.
Survivors include his children, Sara Lewis, Michelle Blake (Clint), Chelsea Lash (Chris), Ashtyn Lewis; girlfriend, Amy Caldwell, mother, Peggy Lewis, brother, Freddie Lewis; and three grandchildren.
The family will hold a memorial service in Ricky's memory at a later date. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Young's Funeral Directors.
