Sharon Jean Valentine

Born on August 14, 1958 in El Dorado, AR, she was the daughter of Billy Dean and Jane Lowery Spruill. Sharon had worked in retail marketing for Murphy Oil Corporation and retired from Smackover State Bank. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Smackover and the Joy Sunday School Class. Sharon enjoyed reading, camping and playing games, especially Acey-Deucey with Jan Wood.

Sharon was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, John P. and Annie Mae Smith Lowery; paternal grandparents, James Edgar and Essie Mae Hayes Spruill; her father, Billy Dean Spruill; sister, Teresa Spruill Moses.

Survivors are her mother, Jane Lowery Spruill of Smackover; a sister, Kathy Rowan and husband Mike of Smackover; her loving companion, Mike Eubanks of Smackover; her dog, Lady Bird; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.

Cremation service were provided by Young's Funeral Directors.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the First Baptist Church of Smackover.
