Bill, Bonnie, Chris, and the rest of the family,
We are so sorry about Stephen's death. All of you are in our prayers, asking that God will grant you the peace and comfort that only He can give at a time like this! Stephen was such a great student in school. He always had a smile on his face and was never a problem. That class of 8th graders in 1987-88 was a special class for me. I told them that I was going to move up with them, not realizing that I really would do just that as I taught them as juniors and seniors. They will always to special to me.
Love and prayers,

Alvin and Betty Kelly

Stephen and I graduated high school together. Sad to say we lost touch after high school as most of our class did. I have read most of the memories shared here and would have to agree I can’t remember a time that he didn’t have that smile on his face! No matter what activity we had goin on in school or out, he always found a way to make it enjoyable! I hope he carried that on with the rest of his life! To his family, I am truly sorry for your loss. You are all in my prayers.

I was Stephen’s classmate and we both grew up in Wesson. Stephen was always smiling, laughing and just an upbeat kid. I actually ran into him a few months ago for the first time since school. I was home visiting and saw him in the store. He seemed so happy and looked the same as he did back in school. I will cherish the great memories we shared as classmates, neighborhood kids and bus riders! God allowed us to cross paths once again and for that I am grateful. Prayers for his Daughter, Wife, Parents, and for Chris and his beautiful family! Prayers for You All! May Jesus send Peace and Restore your broken hearts! Much Love from the Moore’s of Wesson!

I first met Steven after I moved back from Texas he would stop by my place on Dave Simmons rd, to see if I had seen any good buck sign! Always joking around had a smile! He would tell me “ I’m going to offset you “ joking about me planting food plots! He love the woods . I was blessed to have those moments!RIP Brother!
