Taylor Lee Ramsey

Taylor Lee Ramsey, 35 of Smackover, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2022. Born November 14, 1986 in El Dorado, he was the son of Howard Lee and Lauralyn Alphin Ramsey. Taylor was employed by Ramsey Contractors. He had attended Henderson State University and was a member of First Baptist Church of Smackover and was a 2005 graduate of Smackover High School. Preceding him in death along with his father were his grandparents, Don and Margaret Alphin, Ralph and Ida Bell Ramsey and his uncle, Ralph Ramsey, Jr. Taylor's survivors include his mother, Lauralyn Alphin Ramsey of Smackover, along with aunts and uncles; Dohnna and Rob Williams of Norphlet, Jerry and Debbie Ramsey of Smackover, Marla Ramsey of Hot Springs, Bo Ramsey and Rhonda Dorflinger both of Smackover including a host of cousins. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Smackover, Friday, September 16, 2022 with memorial services to follow at 11:00 a.m. with Bro Mike Mitchell officiating. Cremation services entrusted to Young's Funeral Directors. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Family Life Center in Smackover or First Baptist Church Family Life Center in Norphlet or the donor’s choice.
