Born August 3, 1944 Carolyn was the daughter of Charles Walker and Jewell Marie Dearman Temple. Preceding her in death along with her parents were her husband, Joe De McGoogan and a brother, Billy Charles Temple.
Survivors include her children, Kim Cantrell (Kevin), Jeffrey McGoogan and Allison McGoogan, her grandchildren, Amanda Martin (Dillon), Timothy Cantrell (Blair), and Jonathan Cantrell, along with four great-grandchildren and her sister-in-law, Linda Kay Temple.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 31, 2026 in Three Creeks Baptist Church with Rev. Dano Rainer officiating. Interment will follow in Three Creeks Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
