To Troy's family, I'm heartbroken over the loss of this amazing friend we all have lost. We knew each other through the skating rink. And my BFF Vicki Turner. Troy was an amazing person everyone loved him. You could not have a party and not know Troy wasn't there. He WAS the party..lol thanks Troy for the laughs through the years, the skating nights we all shared with you. May you find peace.
With love,

To Troy’s Family,

You are all in my prayers. Troy was a classmate and good guy. I remember that he was the life of the party and always wore a big smile. Our paths would cross over the years and he was always the same nice guy he was then and now thirty years later. God Bless you and give you peace. Melinda Hays Gatheright

Troy is and was one of my first true friends. I can remember spending the night at his house many times, David and Cecilia treated me like one of their own. Troy, Jeff, and I grew up at the crystal palace roller skating and enjoying teenage life. Troy will be missed dearly. Love, Strength, and Well Wishes to the Family.

I just want to tell you how sorry I am . Troy was one of the first friends I can honestly remember having . There was never a dull moment I can assure you of that and I am thankful for each and every memory I have with him for some of those are a huge part of who I am today . Nothing I can say will ease the pain each of you is going thru but just knowing he had a special place in so many other peoples hearts might help . He will be missed but never forgotten .
