

Born September 28, 1944 in Tyronza, Arkansas she was the daughter of George and Ruby DeSpain Tacker. Jenny had been a hairdresser by profession. She was a member of College Avenue Church of Christ where she founded the Grief Recovery Class. Among Jenny's pastimes were oil painting and ceramics. She had been a caregiver for her sister Molly before she passed away in 2013. Jenny's family and her church were among the most important things in her life.
Preceding her in death along with her parents were a daughter, Susan Yvonne Marine; sisters, Mary Lillian Tacker and Molly Upshaw: and brothers, Dave, Charlie, George, Rick, and Carl Tacker.
Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Roy Duncan of El Dorado, one sister, Joyce Tomlin of Odessa, TX, one brother, Harold Tacker of Brady, TX along with sons, Doug Duncan of Nephi, Utah and Shannon Duncan of Lacey, WA and a daughter, Diana Link of Puyallup, WA. Surviving grandchildren are Kyra Lyn Duncan of Lacey, WA and Alexis O'Lick of Puyallup, WA along with two great-grandchildren, Ava and Edith O'Lick of Puyallup, WA and a loved aunt to a host of nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, April 3, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in College Avenue Church of Christ with Kent Jobe officiating. Memorials may be made to Camp Kurios, % College Avenue Church of Christ, 1817 N. College Avenue, El Dorado, AR 71730.
