William E Borden

William Earl Borden, 79, of El Dorado passed away Friday, July 29, 2022 at his residence. William was born September 12, 1942 in Bowling Green Kentucky, to William Paul Borden and Janie Bell Womack. He was self-employed as a chicken farmer and was of the Pentecostal faith. Preceding him in death are his parents and a son, Paul Borden and two brothers, Charlie Borden and Alvin Borden. Survivors include his wife Jane Borden; five children, Danny Borden (Vicky), Alvin Borden, Joyce Miller (Robert), Marie Hyatt (Jimmy) and Ross Borden (Christy); a brother, David Borden (Macy); 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 1, 2022 in Young’s Chapel with Wesley Miller officiating. Burial will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors. Visitation will be held Monday at 10:00 a.m. until service time.
