Aaron Justice Sosa

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our son, Aaron Justice Sosa, on July 4,2026, at the age of 29. Aaron was born on July 23,1996 in El Paso, Texas and spent his teenage years in Mexico City (CDMX). Aaron was a young man who never stopped trying. He looked toward the future with optimism and often spoke of the dreams he hoped to accomplish. He found joy in life’s simple moments, especially those shared with family. Those moments of laughter, friendly competition, and togetherness were among his happiest.

Aaron was preceded in death by his beloved grandfather, Roberto Gonzalez, whom he loved dearly. He is survived by his devoted mother, Araceli Alvarez, and his stepfather, Martin Alvarez; his loving father Efren Sosa and stepmother, Adriana Sosa; his cherished siblings, Christopher E. Sosa, Amanda R. Sosa and Isabella M. Sosa; his grandmothers, Francisca Gonzalez, Maria E. Sosa and Esperanza Sanchez. His beloved Aunts, Lorena Ayala (Fouina), Julie Chavez (Jose), Patricia Galvan (Jerry), Arcelia Gonzalez (Frank) and cherished Uncles, Robert Gonzalez (Flor), Ernie Sosa (Sherri), Oscar Sosa (Veronica), and Juan Garcia. He is lovingly remembered by his cousins Monique, Danialle, Victoria, Annalea, Cruz. Aaron shared an especially close bond with his cousins Laura, Luis “Gui”, Carlos, Alex, Andres and Iriana, who held a special place in his heart. He also leaves behind many other cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss him. Though Aaron’s time with us was far too short, his place in our family is forever secure. He will always be our son, our brother, our grandson, our nephew, our cousin, and a part of us wherever life takes us. The memories he created will remain with us forever. Aaron will be remembered for showing up when it mattered most and for loving his family deeply. Though we miss him beyond words, we will carry his memory with us in every family gathering, every shared story and every smile that reminds us of him.

A Memorial Service will be held at Martin Funeral Home-East, 1460 George Dieter Dr, El Paso, Texas 79936, USA, on July 17, 2026, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, and a Rosary will be held at Martin Funeral Home East, 1460 George Dieter Dr., El Paso, Texas 79936, USA, on July 17, 2026, from 10:00 am to 10:45 am.

A Catholic Funeral Mass will be held at St. Stephen Deacon and Martyr Church, 1700 George Dieter Dr, El Paso, Texas 79936, USA, on July 17, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, followed by a Committal Service at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, Texas 79907, USA, on July 17, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
