I’m his realtor in Az. and I called Mr. Montes  to tell him about the house he was selling. My daughter and his granddaughter plays softball together and I had mentioned that I was at their softball game and his granddaughter Leah made an incredible play and texted him pictures of her catching in that game. He mentioned that he remembers  playing catch with his son and his son was determined to catch the ball that he threw close to the fence and he ran and hit the fence and still caught the ball, and he said he thought to himself in that moment, That’s My Boy, That’s My Boy. He said  that Leah  is a great athlete just like his son.  As he told the story, I can just hear that he is a proud Father and Grandfather.
