I'll always remember trying to keep up with Alfredo & Arturo after school whenever we'd walk home from high school. Not only did they run fast, but they both walked extremely fast! :) I'll always hold special memories of you. God speed and may you rest in eternal peace with our Lord. Until we meet again.

Alfredo was the most honorable, loving and kind man I have ever known.  I never thought that I would ever meet someone like him. He was my best friend, my smile, my everything. He was a breath-taking reflection of God’s heart for me….. of how he pursued me and loved me unconditionally.  He held my hand in the darkness and pulled me out into the light.  He is, was and will forever be the light in my life.  When I looked at him, I knew there was a God and that he loved me so much that he took the time to create Alfredo just for me. I love him past my soul…..past my mind…..and beyond my soul.  And that’s the space where only he and God dwell. I feel like everything in my life led me to him. My choices, my heartbreaks, my regrets. Everything.  All of it was worth it, because if I had done one thing differently I might have never met him and led the most amazing and happy life.  I will never say goodbye, I will only say until I see you again. Wait for me in paradise.

We will always remember how much fun we had every time we got together. Game nights were always such a blast. Alfred always had a smile on his face, was a great energy to be around, was always making jokes and knew how to pick the perfect kid’s gifts. He will be greatly missed.

My prayers go out to the family, it was an honor to attend to the Alfredo’s funeral. He was an amazing person whom I had the pleasure of meeting in high school. May he Rest In Peace.  

I don't have the words to explain my Dads life. He was an amazing man who lived an amazing life. He did so many amazing things while in the National Guard and in the Border Patrol. He also did amazing things as my dad, he took me to Hawaii twice, taught me amazing life lessons, and overall gave me an amazing life. I will never forget anything he taught me or anything he told me. I will never say goodbye to you Dad, i will only say "Until we meet again." I love you Dad

I served with him during Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation New Dawn.  As big as a man that he was, so was his heart.  Gentle and caring, that was his personality.  So soft spoken with a smile every time you saw him.

I honestly don’t know what to say about my uncle’s passing, but all I really want to say is that I miss him already and even though he is not here in the physical scenes, he will forever be here in our memories and in our hearts. My deepest condolences to the family.  It was sad to hear the news he had passed. I had the pleasure of knowing Alfred in high school, we ran track together,  he was always smiling cracking jokes. Alfred and Arturo would accompany me and my sister home after our track meets, joking all the way home. ❤️

 RIP my friend. 

As a kid, Alfred was one of my favorite uncles. I would always be excited when it was time to visit him and Tía Sandra and my cousins. He was so much fun, and silly and always made me laugh. Right now, I’m rife with thoughts at how I should’ve reached out more in my adulthood. I still can’t believe that he’s gone from this world, that I can’t have one more conversation with him or tell him how I’m doing. I used to think his scooby kisses were gross, and honestly they still were, but now I feel that I’ll weirdly miss them. I love you Tío, may you rest peacefully and look after us from heaven.

Alfredo, my brother, has been an inspiration to me and my family. His laughter and smile was so contagious. He constantly demonstrated love and support to so many of us and others.  Thank you brother for shining your light and love to the world and sharing your scooby kisses! You will be forever missed and remembered. We love you! 

What started as a co-worker relationship with Sandra, became a friendship, and that friendship blossomed into family! I am so blessed to have such amazing people I can call family. I will never forget trying to unwrap my Christmas gift in december. Alfred wrapped it and he did quite a job, I almost lost a nail there Alfred! I'm going to miss your amazing sense of humor and your amazing heart.  You truly will be missed. Love you!

I am so very sorry for your loss. Losing  a loved one is never easy. Although I didn't know Alfredo well I do know he was loved by many. Sending you my heartfelt sympathies.

It's so hard to write down a memory for my friend  because I dont want to believe he's gone . I will always remember his face as he smiled, his kind heart, his willingness to help anyone in need. I remember  going to high school with him,  cleaning the pool at his dad's house every summer, working with him at Lakewood Country Club, going to Ensenada and camping at the beach. I wish I would have kept in touch,  he was a great friend.  I will never forget him.  

My favorite memories are when we would all get together for game night. Those are always the best. The Escape Room will always be the funniest. Can't believe we all couldn't make it out. Our deepest condolences to the family. My memory of Alfredo was when I was a kid hanging around with my older brother(Robert Curiel) and his buddies. He was my big brother's good friend while they were in high school and after. I remember spending lots of time around Alfredo's family. If the guys were not hanging out at our house we were hanging out at Alfredo's house in the pool. Everyone was invited to come over and fix and repaint the pool every summer and then we enjoyed hanging out and keeping cool in the pool after. I remember going to watch my brother for track meets and everyone hanging out and supporting each other even the guys that were not on the team. Robert,Eddie,David,Jayir....to name a few of the guys and of course the 3 brothers Albert, Art, and Alfredo. When we recieved the news of his passing we were in disbelief. SFC Niño was a good friend of mine. I served with him for four years while in the Texas Army National Guard. He was my platoon sergeant  during the whole time, to include our Operation Iraqi Freedom tour in 2010. He was a great Non-Commissioned Officer, a great leader, BP Agent, husband, father, and I am proud to say he was my friend. My condolences to his family. I pray and ask God to watch over them during these hard times.  I know SFC Niño is up in heaven smiling down on all of us. He will not be forgotten. Love and Miss You Big Sarge!

There are no words that can express the deep hole left in the hearts of all the people that have known you Alfred. Thank you for being there for little Patty, for Spending time with her from her sweet 16 to that vacation in Hawaii just last year thank you for being the greatest nino my Patty could have. Alfred was was an amazing person. We thank god for placing him in our lives everyday, we loved him dearly.   The girls and I were blessed to have made so many great memories with all of the family.  May god bring you all peace and comfort your hearts during this difficult time.  We can never know why our good lord needed this angel in heaven but we know that he will will be watching over all of you  and Alfred will forever live in our hearts.  Rest in paradise Alfred.   

My favorite memory of my Nino was when he came to my sweet sixteen and was giving me ideas on how to set things up. He was always making jokes and making everyone around him laugh.
