Alfredo C Villegas

On Monday, March 11, 2024, Alfredo (Fred) C. Villegas, son, brother, uncle, godfather, mentor, and friend, passed away after blessing us with 78 years of life. Fred will forever be remembered by his surviving sister, Lupe, by his niece/goddaughter Marisa and her husband Reuben, his grand-niece Cecilia, his great-grandnephew Aiden, and his many cousins who all loved him dearly. Fred will also remain in the hearts of his incredible network of mentors, mentees, and friends who formed an extended family of support in his life. Fred was a lifelong El Paso, TX resident where he attended Bowie High School. He made his family proud by surmounting many struggles in his life. He went on to be a great support for many who looked to him as a role model in their lives. He followed his faith, never wavered from his beliefs, and always trusted God's will to guide him on his journey. His family and friends will deeply miss him.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 15th from 5-9 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Homes, 1060 Carolina Drive, El Paso, TX.

A Catholic Mass will be celebrated in memory of Fred on Tuesday, April 16th at 10:00 a.m., at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 673 Old Hueco Tanks Rd., El Paso, TX. He will rest at Mount Carmel Cemetery beside his beloved parents, Alfredo B. Villegas and Bertha Corral Villegas. Please join us at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza Rd., to say goodbye to Fred.
