Andrew “Andy” Portillo, passed on Monday January 20, 2025, he was 30 years old, a resident of El Paso, Texas. Preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Carlos Portillo, Jr. He is survived by his parents, Daniel and Angelica Vasquez, siblings, Carlos, IV, Amanda, Maya, JD Portillo, stepbrother Adam Vasquez, father Carlos Portillo, III, maternal Grandparents, paternal Grandmother, his Nieces Lexany and Rosalinda
Portillo, his Nephews Charlie and Leo Portillo. Lots of Aunts and Uncles and Cousins that he loved dearly.
Visitation: Tuesday January 28, 2025, at 5 PM-9 PM Prayer/Rosary Service: 7 PM
Funeral Service: Wednesday January 29, 2025, at San Antonio Catholic Church at 11 AM
Internment: Mount Carmel Cemetery
