Miss Bean was my English teacher in 1962, at Bel Air High School. She was my favorite teacher and I thought she was wonderful! She always encouraged me to pursue a career in art and through the years attended many of my art openings and events.

Her passing is devastatingly sad and I send my love and condolences to her family. She will always hold a special place in my heart.

With much sympathy,

James Drake
