

She was a lifelong resident of El Paso, TX. Antonia began her nursing career at R.E. Thomason General Hospital in 1954 and worked in several locations including Hotel Dieu Hospital, the office of Dr. Luis Rodriguez, Sierra Hospital, Mountain View Nursing Home and Regent Nursing Home. Over the last few years of her life, she enjoyed participating in activities at La Victoria Adult Day Care and Sol y Luna Adult Day Care. She became a member of First Church of the Nazarene in 1993 and attended for several years.
Antonia was preceded in death by her parents, Francisco Sandoval and Isabel Sandoval, and her brothers Ascencion Sandoval, Felix Sandoval, Felipe Sandoval, and sisters Julia Sandoval, Rufina Sandoval, Paula Saucedo, Belen Abeyta, Bertha Valenzuela and granddaughter Esmeralda (Emmie) Guajardo.
She is survived by her sister Juanita Lopez (Ignacio) and her brother Francisco Sandoval Jr. (Lilia✞); daughters Anita Stephens (Nathaniel), and Rosa Guajardo; granddaughters Valerie Vazquez (Cipriano), Christine Guzman (Sergio), Paulina Guajardo, Rosa Watson (Jon), Stephanie Guerrero, and Alexis Guajardo; great-grandchildren Eliana, Vicente, Viviana, Presley, and Briana.
Services will be held at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 N. Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, TX 79936 on June 26th, 2023 from 4-8 p.m. with a Christian service beginning at 6 p.m. She will be laid to rest at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
