On this one year anniversary of my sweet Uncle Tony, I remember all the great memories of childhood hearing him and my beautiful Aunt Dora’s laughter, the fun times we all had together, I truly miss talking to my Uncle Tony, I miss his stories he would tell. But I will always remember him with love, God bless him and his whole family.

Tony was like family to me. I grew up with all the Oronas. Tony was always smiling and rarely did you ever see him angry. Such a wonderful man. I loved when he would stop by and visit with my mom and me. We would sit and walk down memory lane. Tony you will be greatly missed.    Rest In Peace. Love you Sandy. I will cherish the beautiful memories I have of you. God Bless all of you. Terry, Carol, Tony, Cindy, Fernie, Janet Keeping all of you in my prayers!

Uncle Tony was everyone's favorite uncle! He was loved by all!
A good life leaves behind seeds that keep on growing. Uncle Tony's  stories, his values and his love for his family will live on in all the Orona family.  What a wonderful legacy he has left . He will be remembered as a family man as he loved and treasured his family very much. He will be dearly missed but we all have beautiful memories that we will cherish in our hearts. It  gives me comfort to know that heaven got a little louder as he  joins my aunt Dora and heavenly family and friends. Let the dancing, singing and of course the conversations begin. We love you!!!

Running into my beloved Uncle Tony was always a delight!  " Meeeja!", he'd  exclaim!  He'd brighten up my day with his infectious smile and glorious words of encouragement knowing my husband has cancer.  He'd certainly lift my spirits!  We had spoken a few days before he was hospitalized  and he mentioned he had cataract surgery in one eye & was going to have the other one done when he came down with fever and a cough.  I prayed it wasn't that damn COVID!  I offered to take him caldo de Pollo but he said he had some.  Little did I know it'd be the last time I'd speak with him.  I love him & Aunt Dora tremendously - never forgotten.  Heaven must of needed another angel....

Uncle Tony was one of my favorite uncles.  When I was little and he and my aunt were dating, they used to take me on their dates.  They were always taking me places; Washington Park to ride the ferris fortuna, as I used to call it and to the zoo.  Everytime I saw Uncle Tony he would bring up these memories and we'd laugh.  I was very blessed when he and Aunt Dora asked me to be Robert's Godmother, it meant so much to me.  I loved him and Aunt Dora very much and will miss him dearly.  I pray for God to give my cousins the strength to get through this very difficult time.  May his memories in our hearts give us comfort always. RIP Uncle Tony, you are now with your loved ones we have lost and our other family angels. Love you always.

I always enjoyed running into Mr. Orona when I was visiting El Paso . He always made me feel so loved and missed. I’ll miss his infectious good mood and smile. My heart is broken that he’s gone and that I didn’t get to see him one more time. 

My sweet, endearing, kind, thoughtful Uncle Tony was a great story teller, I always enjoyed visiting him when I came to town as he always had stories to tell me of his past. He had such a flare for details, I really enjoyed those moments. I will truly miss him so much! He’s an angel in heaven with his beautiful loving wife my Aunt Dora.

What a wonderful man he was. We shared many conversations at work and he was a pleasure to listen to.  He is in a better place and we sure will miss him.
