In the 1990s, Armando was president and owner of Vista Technology.  Everyone who knew Armando became a better person for that knowing.

We all miss you, and think about you deeply, daily. I can't wait until all of us are reunited with each other again!

We had the privilege of knowing this extraordinary man and his wife in El Paso Central Adventist church.  Their faithfulness and dedication were an inspiration for us.  God's Eternal Arms sustain our dear Evelyn and the rest of the family.  We look forward to Resurrection morning when we will see him again.  Until Then Elder De La Paz.

I have had the honor of working with Mr. De La Paz for the past 10 years, through the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the El Paso 8a Association.  My heart broke when Joe called me with the news of his passing. My sincerest condolences go out to Evelyn, Joe, David and all the De La Paz family.  For this soldier of Christ, I say, "Well done, good and faithful servant...now enter into the joy of thy Lord!"  Matthew 25:21.
