Edna, words cannot express the sorrow I feel with the passing of Mando. He was a good Man and a terrific friend and co-worker. I think of all those years at DHS, a quiet , low key supervisor who always did his job well, very respected, and made, and had many friends. He had a great sense of humor and that little laugh when we joked. I keep remembering the time, a couple of years ago, at the St. Thomas Aquinas Bazaar when we all hung out together and had a few drinks (maybe more) and enjoyed eachothers' company. My sincere condolences to you and your family. May God Bless Mando and may He Rest in Peace.

Edna, Mando will always be in my heart. He would always have a little joke. He would make me laugh a carcajadas. He would say his joke and then laugh with me then became very quiet. He was a wonderful person, very respectful, quiet but knew how to make you laugh. He was an excellent employee; he would treat everyone with respect and kindness. I’m going to miss him. May the family remember all the happiness he brought you all and be glad he is at peace
