Armando Rios, 85, passed away January 30, 2015 in El Paso, Texas. He is survived by his children: Armando Rios Jr., Maria S. Syed, Alicia Rios Sariñana and Christina Rios Vasquez; 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Our Lady of the Light Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
