

Arthur Charles Veilleux, Sr., 80, passed away late Friday, October 17, 2014. Arthur was a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and dear friend to the countless people he knew. Arthur was a retired computer operator, a life-long member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, and an avid fan of the Detroit Lions. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 58 years, Elvira M. Veilleux. He is survived by his two daughters, Geraldine (Dino) and Roseann; five sons Charles (Rosalina), Gerard, Andrew (Virginia), Arthur Jr. (Victoria) and Joseph (Brenda); one brother, Wilfred; two sisters, Yvette and MaryAnge; sister-in-law Helen, and many other sisters/brothers in-law, nieces and nephews. Arthur delighted in his seventeen grandchildren, Melissa, Nick, Frank (Audry), Loretta (Joey), Jessica (Tony), Gina Marie, Holly, Chris (Chelsea), David, Justin, Jacquelynn, Audree, Breeanna, Jacob, Zachary, Alison, and Joshua; eleven great-grandchildren, Anthony, Alexandrya, Arizelle, Dominique, Desirae, Destinee, Serenity, Christopher, Brenden, Trinity, and Novalin. Arthur will be sorely missed by all his family and friends. The family would like to thank Pat Diaz and Hospice El Paso for their support and care of our father during his illness. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 22 from 5-9 p.m. at Kaster-Maxon & Futrell Northeast 8817 Dyer, with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be said Thursday, October 23 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 10000 Pheasant at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Joe Molina officiating. Interment will follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
