1956 – 2025
Arthur Vogt, age 68, passed away on April 29, 2025. Born in El Paso, Texas, Arthur led a life marked by service, craftsmanship, and devotion to family. He served with honor in the United States Army for 29 years, retiring as a Sergeant Major.
After his military career, Arthur embraced a quieter life filled with the things he loved. He spent countless hours in his woodshop, crafting thoughtful gifts for his family and friends, and lovingly restoring antique furniture.
Arthur is survived by his beloved wife, Suzanna; his children, Angie, Ellysa, and Erik; seven cherished grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
A rosary will be held on May 20 at 6:30 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home West. Arthur will be laid to rest on May 21 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
