I worked with Mr. Garcia at the Y.I.S.D. Transportation Dept. He was so nice and he had a great sense of humor. When I found out that he had retired I never got to say goodbye and that is my biggest regret. I was so sad to hear that he passed away. I am very sorry. He will always be missed.
