Bernice graduated from Canutillo High School and went on to have a successful career with Sam’s Club spanning more than 25 years. Her radiating smile and sense of humor will be missed amongst her co-workers and many loyal members.
Her family, who she created alongside her husband, Francisco Flores, was her greatest accomplishment and ultimate pride. Bernice delighted in decorating her home for any holiday and hosting many family get togethers.
Her surviving family includes: husband, Francisco Flores, children Kaitlyn Renee and Adam Tomas; mother, Alicia Rivera, brother, Ricardo Rivera, sister’s-in-law, Sandra Flores, Sonya Marquez, Catherine Hinojos; numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, and fur babies (Kona and Autumn).
Visitation will be Monday, November 26, from 5:00pm-8:00pm, Rosary at 6:00pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home-West, 5054 Doniphan Drive. A funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, November 27 at 10:30am at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 400 West Sunset, El Paso, TX 79922. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of the Valley, Santa Teresa, NM.
