Bianca N. Aguilar Mendez

April 8, 1978June 27, 2016

Mother, daughter, wife, sister, and Special Agent Bianca N. Mendez left our world too early on June 27, 2016. Bianca was born on April 8, 1978 in El Paso, TX and graduated from Socorro HS in 1996. Her distinguished law enforcement career included Special Agent in AF Office of Special Investigations, Child Protective Services, and for Social Security Administration’s Office of Inspector General. Always putting over 100% to everything she did, she earned her bachelor and masters degree in Criminal Justice from NMSU while negotiating her military career and family. About to complete her Ph.D, Bianca did not allow excuses to dictate her life and continued to excel as an investigator. As a model for all of us on how to live life to the fullest, she is remembered as a fun-spirited person with a beautiful smile. Her preparation for everything, attention to detail, and resolve to follow through are unmatched. Bianca will always be loved by her husband, Sergio; children, Izzy, Rollie, Twinkies, and Noah; father, Mario; mother, Maggie; Jamma; brothers and sisters, Claudia, Tina, Mooch, Ricky, Eric, and Andrew. My heart hurts for the Aguilar-Mendez family. I feel so blessed to know Bianca. For someone with so many gifts, I believe her greatest is how she made others feel. Her legacy will shine bright.
