It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Carlos R. Ordoñez. He was born on March 27, 1934 in Pedernales, Chihuahua. Carlos immigrated to the U.S. as a young adult , and lived in California for 20 years before relocating to El Paso, where he met the love of his life and partner of 41 years Luz Elena. He was preceded in death by parents and three siblings: Luz Ordoñez, Ruben Ordoñez, and Catalina Gonzalez. Survived by loving wife Luz, daughter Elena Muñoz, son Robert C. Ordoñez, Carlos, Daniel, David, Patricia, Leticia, Gina, grandchildren whom he lovingly cared for, Danielle (Jorge), Lauren N. Muñoz, and one great grandchild, Troy A. Cedillo. He is also survived by nieces: Monica, Dina, Noemi, Rosario, Sandra, and nephews, Jesus, Uvaldo, Quico, and Cesar.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank our extended family for all the love and support they provided throughout his life. We would also like to express our gratitude to Hospice of El Paso for their endless dedication in caring for our loved one.
Dad (Tata), we thank you for the sacrifices that you made for each one of us, and your devotion to our family. We love you and we will hold you forever in our hearts.
