Carlos Zapata, 78, passed away on February 22, 2017 in El Paso, Texas. He was born on December 22, 1938 in Clint, Texas. He is survived by his Wife: Josefina Zapata; Son: Roberto Zapata; Daughter: Rebecca Macias; 2 Grandchildren; Brother: Antonio Zapata; and Sisters: Juanita Zapata, Irene Hernandez and Elena Duran. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Monday, February 27, 2017 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be at 11:45 am on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss Cemetery ETA at 1:30 pm.
