I am so sorry to hear of Carmen’s passing. I knew her back in the day since I was about 14. Such fun those guys had: Carmen and Tommy, Carolyn and Joe, Mike and Jeanie, Dickie Palafox, and Maynard. I always remember how pretty Carmen was with such beautiful hair. May she rest in peace and soar with the angels.  (I am Carolyn Chacon Keogh’s sister.)

Carmen, you always were a very kind and special lady and I  enjoyed knowing and working with you at EPISD. Rest in peace now and I will see you on the other side  🙏

So sad to hear of Carmen’s passing.  I met her in her capacity of Special  Education Assessor, most likely at a SpEd or ASHA convention in the U.K. or Germany.  I remember her being easy to converse with, and her willingness to discuss with colleagues current challenges facing overseas special educators.  Condolences to her family at this most difficult of times.

We loved your mom so very much!  You all are family to us and are so very sorry for your loss.  She is at peace now with Jesus and with your dad, there is comfort in knowing she is smiling and dancing in heaven.  Doesn’t take away the pain you feel but hopefully gives you a little peace.  When we think of Carmen, we see her beautiful smile and can hear her laugh.  She had a special kind of laughter and can hear that in you too❤️. She will be dearly missed!
