Cis(Cecelia) Baker passed away at her home in El Paso, Texas early Sunday morning, Jan 31, 2021. She is survived by her Husband of almost 52 years, Allan Baker of El Paso, Texas; her Son Franklin and his Husband Gary of Sacramento, CA; her Son-in-Law, JJ Reaties and his Wife, Joyce of Mountain House, CA; her Granddaughter, Haylee, of Mountain House, CA; and “adopted” Son, Trinidad Roque, of Sacramento, Ca. She was preceded in death by her Daughter, Dori, of Elk Grove, Ca.; Mother, Dorothy Gray, of Tucson, Arizona; and her Father, Benjamin Gray, of Stockton, Ca. Cis loved knitting and reading. She was a very astute judge of people, and very rarely made a mistake in judgement. She will be greatly missed by friends in Tucson, El Paso, Stockton, New York, various cities in California, Oregon, and Washington. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you contribute to St. Jude’s Children’s research Hospital or to your favorite charity.
