daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was loved by many and all. Cecilia had a sense of humor
and loved to laugh, but if anyone had to describe her, it would be that family meant the world to
her. She loved her children, grandchildren and at times other people's children as well. Many
often saw her as a second mother because of all the love she had to give. She will surely be
missed. Survived by daughters: Annette with husband Rene Chavez and Lea Marie Arbogast
with partner Richard Torres.Son: Lewis Edward Jr. with wife Jessica Arbogast. Grandchildren:
Amanda, Flavio, Liam, and Olivia. Father: Guadalupe Rodriguez.
Brothers: Alfred (Freddy), Armando, Miguel (Mike), Guadalupe (Jr.), and Salvador (Chava).
